# Create editions

Here's how to add a new [edition](/en/c/feedbacks/what-are-review-editions) to an existing feedback process.

This function is only available to users with the HR employee access level.

## Open the settings

[Open the settings](/en/c/feedbacks/open-settings) of the feedback process you want to add an edition to. Near the top of the settings page you'll find the "Editions" section listing all existing editions.

## Add a new edition

At the bottom of the Editions section you'll find empty date fields and the "Add edition" button.

1. Enter the edition's start date in the left date field.
2. Enter the end date in the right date field.
3. Click "Add edition" and choose one of the two options:
   * **Clean participant list**: the edition is created without any participants.
   * **Copy participants**: all participants from the previous edition are carried over into the new one.

## Configure the edition

Once you've added and saved the edition, it appears in the list. You can now configure these fields:

1. **Sending invitations**: set the date and time at which the email invitations are sent automatically. Click the calendar icon to pick a date and the clock icon to set the time. For details, see [Set up automatic email invitations for editions](/en/c/feedbacks/set-up-automatic-email-invitations).
2. **Label (optional)**: enter a label, for example "Annual review 2026". Without a label, editions are shown as "Edition 1", "Edition 2", and so on.

Click "Save" at the bottom of the page to apply all changes.

The "Sending invitations" and "Label (optional)" fields only appear after the first save. So save the page right after adding the edition to make these fields visible.
