# Export the questionnaire (PDF)

You can download the questionnaire of a review as a PDF file. The PDF contains all pages, questions, and elements of the questionnaire in printable form. Interactive editing features such as drag and drop or action menus are not part of the PDF.

## Download the questionnaire as a PDF

1. Open the feedback process whose questionnaire you want to export.
2. Click the **Questionnaire** tab to open the questionnaire editor.
3. Click the PDF icon in the toolbar at the top right.

The download starts automatically. The PDF file is saved under the name `fragebogen-[review title]-[date].pdf` (for example `fragebogen-Jahresgespräch-2026-05-23.pdf`).

The questionnaire editor is only available to users with the HR employee access level.
