# Set up automatic email invitations for editions

Want the invitations to your feedback to go out right on the deadline, without you having to do anything that day? Set a date and time on the edition, and easyreview sends the [email invitations](/en/c/feedbacks/invite-participants-by-email) automatically to everyone in that edition.

The sending time is independent of the edition's start date and can be adjusted at any point before the scheduled moment.

**To set up automatic invitations for an edition:**

1. [Open the settings of the review](/en/c/feedbacks/open-settings).

7. Choose the minute of the sending time.

Sending can't always happen to the exact minute, and there may be delays on the recipient's side. Wait at least 30 minutes after the set time before reporting a problem.

Once the invitations have been sent, the date and time fields of that edition are locked. The sending time can no longer be changed.
