# Reset a forgotten password

Every company has its own easyreview address in the form: `your-company.easy-review.de`

Ask your HR or IT department for your company's address.

If you've forgotten your password, do the following:

1. Open your company's easyreview address.
2. Click the **Forgot password?** link next to **remain signed in**.

3. On the next page, enter your email address in the text field.
4. Click **Reset password**.

5. Check your inbox. Within a few minutes you'll receive an email with a subject about resetting your password.

If you don't receive an email, please also check your spam folder.

6. In the email, click the **Set password** button.
7. On the next page, enter your new password in the **New password** field.
8. Confirm it by entering it again in the **Confirm password** field.
9. Click **Set password**.

10. Your new password is saved and you are signed in automatically.

The link in the email is valid for 6 hours. If it has expired, simply request a new one via **Forgot password?**.
