# Export a target agreement (PDF)

You can download a target agreement as a PDF. This makes it easy to print or to file as a document in a digital personnel record.

The PDF export captures the progress of the target agreement at the moment of export.

## Download the PDF

1. [Open the detail view of a target agreement](/en/c/target-agreements/view-target-agreement-details).
2. Click the PDF icon in the top right.
3. After a few seconds the PDF file starts downloading.

## What the PDF contains

The PDF holds the same information as the detail view:

* Name and position of the recipient
* Title and label of the target agreement
* Progress bar with the overall progress
* All intermediate goals with description, target values, and current status
* Notes on the target agreement
* Visibility hint (who can see the target agreement)

Action buttons (such as Edit and Share) and the change history are not included in the PDF.

The PDF file name is assembled automatically from the staff number, name, process title, and the current date.

### Optional signature fields

If your company has enabled signature fields for a process, the PDF also includes signature lines for the recipient and supervisors (each with date and name). These fields appear only in the PDF, not in the on-screen detail view.
