Reset a forgotten password

If you’ve forgotten your password, do the following:

  1. Open your company’s easyreview address.
  2. Click the Forgot password? link next to remain signed in.

  1. On the next page, enter your email address in the text field.
  2. Click Reset password.

  1. Check your inbox. Within a few minutes you’ll receive an email with a subject about resetting your password.
  1. In the email, click the Set password button.
  2. On the next page, enter your new password in the New password field.
  3. Confirm it by entering it again in the Confirm password field.
  4. Click Set password.

  1. Your new password is saved and you are signed in automatically.
