Classic and new analyses

easyreview offers two ways to analyze feedback: the classic evaluation tabs and the new, configurable dashboards. Existing customer accounts initially keep the classic features. Support can enable the new analyses for you, with both options available in parallel during the transition.

Which version are we using?

Open a feedback process and look at the tabs below the header.

New customer accounts start with the new analyses. During a transition, different feedback processes in the same account may still show different tabs.

What do dashboards do differently?

The classic tabs provide fixed views. In a dashboard, you choose what to include: participation, a question’s response distribution, or a comparison of perspectives, for example. You can create several dashboards for different tasks and share them with colleagues.

A standard dashboard gives you an immediate overview without any setup. The first dashboard guide shows how to turn it into your own report.

Will our existing results be kept?

Yes. Both versions use the same feedback processes, questionnaires, and responses. You do not need to run a new survey. Access rights and anonymity settings continue to apply.

A new view may still show different numbers if you select particular perspectives or use different weighting. When comparing views, check that the edition, filters, and rating basis match.

Classic views are not automatically converted into personal dashboards. Start with the standard dashboard or create your own report.

How do we switch?

Support can enable the new analyses for your existing feedback processes. Tell us whether you still need the classic tabs during the transition. Changing the account default for new processes does not automatically change existing ones.

Invitations, participations, and individual results remain part of the same feedback process. The switch affects the analysis views.
