Export the questionnaire (PDF)

You can download the questionnaire of a review as a PDF file. The PDF contains all pages, questions, and elements of the questionnaire in printable form. Interactive editing features such as drag and drop or action menus are not part of the PDF.

Download the questionnaire as a PDF

  1. Open the feedback process whose questionnaire you want to export.
  2. Click the Questionnaire tab to open the questionnaire editor.
  3. Click the PDF icon in the toolbar at the top right.

The download starts automatically. The PDF file is saved under the name fragebogen-[review title]-[date].pdf (for example fragebogen-Jahresgespräch-2026-05-23.pdf).
