Download as a mail merge (PDF)

You can download the participation PINs and everything a colleague needs to take part as a mail merge in PDF format. Each participant gets one A4 page with a personal summary that includes the sign-in URL, both PINs (PIN 1 and PIN 2), the name of the feedback recipient, and the end date of the edition. You can then print these pages and hand them out by internal or postal mail.

Download for employees without an email address

You can generate the mail merge specifically for employees who have no email address on file. Here is how:

1. Open the participant list of the review edition
2. Click the three-dot menu (⋮) to the right of the ”+ Participant” button
3. Click “Download pins for employees without email (PDF)”
4. The mail merge download starts within a few moments

Download for all employees

Alternatively, you can generate the mail merge for every participant, regardless of whether an email address is on file:

1. Open the participant list of the review edition
2. Click the three-dot menu (⋮) to the right of the ”+ Participant” button
3. Click “Download pins for all (PDF)”
4. The mail merge download starts within a few moments
