Configure review options
The “Further Settings” section on the settings page of a review holds options that control how the feedback process behaves. You can decide whether results may be changed after the fact, whether sealing is required, whether diplomatic status is turned on, and (for 360° feedbacks) whether names are shown.
Open the options
- Open the settings of the review.
- Scroll to the “Further Settings” section at the bottom of the page, above the “Save” button.

Available options
Subsequent changes
After a feedback is complete, feedback givers and moderators (in 360° feedbacks) can reopen it and make changes — for example to make corrections or to add results agreed on together.
Turn this option on with a checkbox. For more, see Making subsequent changes.
Sealing
To be finalized, feedbacks must be signed digitally by both sides. Feedback recipients have no insight into the results before sealing. Once sealed, no more changes are possible.
When you turn sealing on, an additional sub-option appears:
- Visibility for feedback recipients before sealing starts: feedback recipients can view completed external results (e.g. supervisor feedback) even before sealing is started.

For more, see Sealing.
Diplomatic status
Results from feedback processes with diplomatic status can only be viewed by the people involved or users with the Executive management access level. The access HR employees normally have is removed.
For more, see Diplomatic status.
Show names (360° feedbacks only)
This option is only shown for multi-rater feedbacks (360° feedbacks). It sets whether the names of the feedback givers are shown in the results view. When it’s off, the feedback givers’ names are removed from all answers.

Save your changes
Once you’ve adjusted the options, click “Save” at the bottom of the page to apply your changes.
